Gb-C Gilbert Ciervo
Archaeology, Photography, Travelling, these are the interest of Gb-C. In his photographs he looks for the point of intersection of these three great passions.
Born in Naples, but resident in Paris for four years now, Gb-C is a student in Archaeology practicing photography in his wanderings to the great French metropolis, to the world to discover new cultures or on archaeological digs to discover our past.
He has been practicing photography for four years as member of the photographers of the University of Paris 1, and has been for the last two years their president. He has been exhibiting with this collective of photographers in Paris with the themes "Passages" and "Pieds" and in Naples at the Galleria Monteoliveto with "Paris Unusual." His photos for " Unusual Paris " are now exhibiting at the Polo of Quality in Marcianise (NA).
Recently, in April 2008 he has presented his photos at the Biennale of Italy in San Leucio on the theme "Rounded" to put forward throughout the round of the world and of everyday life in a world than is increasinglybecoming square ... with one only recommendation "don’t look at the photographs as rectangular images, but try instead to immerse in their curves."
