ARTISTS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS NICE CONSULAT D'ITALIE

Wednesday, June 8 was inaugurated at the Consulat Général d'Italie à Nice Artists for Human Rights. Present at the inauguration presided over by the new Consul General Luciano Barillaro, as well as art lovers, artists and loyal audience of interested in art, press and friends of the Gallery of Nice, the jury consisting of:
- Eugenio LADOVAZ, vice consul Consulat Général d'Italie à Nice
- Sergio PANATTONI, responsible for teaching Consulat Général d'Italie à Nice
- Nelda GOGLIO - directrice du MUSEAAV Nice (Musée d'Art Actuel & Usine Espace Virtuel)
- Frédéric RAY - The artistic director of the Centre culturel Providence
- Beatrice Bregoli - responsible for French artists of the Italian Club of Nice
 Representing the 16 participating artists, have attended the Denise Grisi,  Silvia Rea and Jean-Jacques Venturini.
The important event was presented and illustrated by Beatrice Bregoli Orts and Chantal Lora.
The jury having at his disposal from 1 to 3 votes expressed in all 11 votes distributed as follows:
- Fanny BALZAMO 1 vote
- Cherny1 vote
- Denise GRISI 1 vote
- Silvia REA 3 votes
- Manuela VACCARO 2 votes
- Jean-Jacques Venturini 1 vote
- Lee WHOJEONG 2 votes
After reading the votes, the Commission has highlighted the aspects of the works that have motivated the choice, and the award was presented personally by the Consul General Luciano Barillaro to Silvia REA. Then has been offically given to Denise Grisi the prize of the Forum of Cultures 2013  Foundation awarded in Naples. The two artists have thanked excited and illustrated the themes of the exhibits.
The works of Cavaniglia, Cianci, Maimann, Perini and Ophalvens have thrilled the audience, involved by the themes proposed by Alfieri, Balzamo, Cono and Pignalosa.
In particular the work of Vaccaro felt the attention of the journalist Thierry Jan who had already previously appreciated her artworks in the exhibitions in the gallery in Nice and one of the works of Jean-Jacques Venturini has been selected by the director of Museaav to participate in an exhibition early July in favor of Japan.
A buffet has concluded the evening.
