Inger Dorthea Olsen

Born in and resident in Denmark, Graduated from The School of Drawing and Art Industry in Copenhagen (after mergers The School of Design at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts). The Nordic nature and in particular the interaction between light and colour inspires me. My paintings often fall into an interface between early Impressionism and a more abstract form of expression where colour and light are dominating.
