Through my art, I isolate that moment of fantastic reality and eternalize it, making it accessible to others. Often a piece of work will encapsulate an idea or feeling I have been developing for months, finally given physical form in my work.  I was encouraged to develop my interest in art by my travels around the world, during which I saw many different cultures and scenes and visited international art museums and galleries.
Much of my work is influenced by my love for nature and my desire to immerse myself in it, presenting the forest of my dreams with its foliage, plants and fragrance. Yet my main driving force is to create something vivid that seems connected to life, so that my viewers can feel instantly connected to it.
